HFC TV is produced by Liamar Multimedia, an Italian company specialized in media (publishing, film production and distribution, organization of film festivals and book fairs). The president of Liamar Multimedia is Liana Marabini, a food historian, film producer, writer and publisher. She is assisted by a team of TV technicians and specialized journalists.
The headquarters of Liamar Multimedia are in Italy, while the HFC TV Studio is located in the South of France, in the sunny town of Menton, in a historical Belle Epoque Palace.
